If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Travel Artist Club provides:

• A creator storefront platform for travel content creators to showcase their work.
• A marketplace connecting travel creators with hotels and travel brands for collaboration deals.
• Tools and resources to help creators grow their audience and monetise their travel content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hi@travelartist.club if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Creator Responsibilities

• Creators must accurately represent their audience size, engagement, and travel reach.
• Creators must fulfil any agreed deliverables for brand or hotel deals accepted through the platform.
• Content published as part of a deal must comply with applicable advertising disclosure laws (e.g., marking sponsored content).
• Creators retain ownership of their original content but grant us a licence to display it on the platform for promotional purposes.

5. Brand & Hotel Responsibilities

• Brands and hotels must honour deal terms agreed upon with creators through the platform.
• Payment for creator services must be made in accordance with agreed timelines.
• Brands must not misrepresent the scope or value of deals offered.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without our written permission.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures.
• Use the platform to spam or send unsolicited commercial communications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this platform (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Travel Artist Club and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or materials without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party brands, hotels, or creators on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Artist Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
